Monday morning I rode:

- electronic bike at the gym (random program – level 7)
Later in the evening I walked:
- 2.23 miles
- 39:13
- 7:15 pm
- 90 degrees/61% humidity/clear
- around the neighborhoods with my new running/walking group! It is so nice to have someone of equivalent ability and desire to run with.
When I layed down in bed I remembered that I was supposed to do push-ups and sit-ups. I just rolled over – I did them this morning.

I know! I told them about you and how great your group is. I feel good that we will run together pretty consistently. I guess if you keep plugging away people eventually notice and want to join.
